Chasteberry also known as Vitex has been used since ancient times as a female remedy. Folklore myths suggest that Chasteberry has the same effect on women as Saltpeter has on men.
Chasteberry/Vitex has been used for such things as Amenorrhea, PMS and has shown reduction in anxiety, nervousness, insomnia and moods all associated with PMS.
All of my herbs come in a 3x5 zip lock bag, which is packed to order to make sure you get fresh products. I strongly recommend putting the herbs in a mason jar and keep out of direct sunlight. This will give them a longer shelf life.
